  • 200 g FiberFlour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 120 g Butter
  • 60 g Sugar substitute
  • 4 Apples

  • Slice and core your apples. Removing skin is optional.
  • Layer sliced apples evenly in your baking dish and sprinkle with sugar substitute.
  • Mix FiberFlour, sugar substitute and butter until it creates a coarse bread crumb consistency.
  • Cover the apples with crumbles and bake at 330° for 45 mins.

I like to use Granny Smith apples because the sweet-tart palette appeals to me. If you prefer not to have tartness, then feel free to use sweet red apples.
