Low carb and packed with healthy fiber, apple filling with a perfectly crunchy crumbly topping is an absolute crowd pleaser. Very easy to make, this Apple Crumble recipe is a keeper that you’ll make again and again!
- Slice and core your apples. Removing skin is optional.
- Layer sliced apples evenly in your baking dish and sprinkle with sugar substitute.
- Mix FiberFlour, sugar substitute and butter until it creates a coarse bread crumb consistency.
- Cover the apples with crumbles and bake at 330° for 45 mins.
I like to use Granny Smith apples because the sweet-tart palette appeals to me. If you prefer not to have tartness, then feel free to use sweet red apples.
