Banana Nut Bread

ingredients:

Ripe Bananas
Eggs
Butter
Sugar substitute
Baking Powder
Pecans (optional)

directions:

1. Measure and combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2. Melt the butter.

3. Mash the ripe banana’s and beat the eggs.

4. Combine all ingredients, mix briefly until the dry ingredient mixture is moist. Add milk if needed.

5. Pour the mix to a greased baking tin.

6. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
