ingredients:

FiberFlour
Butter
Red Onion
Garlic & Herbs
Eggs
Baking Powder
Salt
Grated Cheese

directions:

1. Combine FiberFlour, salt and baking powder into mixing bowl.

2. Melt butter, slightly cool and add eggs. Beat together.

3. Finely chop onions, garlic, fresh herbs and add all to the mixer with melted butter and egg mixture.

4. Add grated cheese and run the mixer until everything is well combined.

5. Drop into muffin pan, greased and floured or lined.

6. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
