Yorkshire Pudding

ingredients:

FiberFlour
Eggs
Milk
Salt
Yeast

150g
4
300g
2g
1/2 tsp

directions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients together and whip until mixture is thin and smooth.

2. Let stand for 30 minutes to allow yeast to begin fermentation. Stir before adding to muffin pan.

3. Transfer to a container for easier pouring (optional).

4. Coat compartments of a muffin tray with olive oil.

5. Pour batter into muffin pan level with top.

6. Cook at 410° for 20 – 25 minutes.
